What's included in the rent?

Our apartment communities - Lakeside Chateau, The Cedars, Mission Pointe Apartments and The Lexington all include heat and water in the rent.

When is the Rental office open?

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Are Pets allowed?

We do not allow pets at any of our properties.

What appliances are included in North American Leaseholds suites?

Appliances included are a fridge and stove in all suites. The Lexington offers five appliances in suite; fridge, stove, dishwasher and washer and dryer. Mission Pointe Apartments offer 6 appliances in suite; fridge, stove dishwasher, washer, dryer and microwave.

Our Cobblestone Fourplex suites and The Highland Townhomes also offer 6 appliances in suite, including full size washers and dryers.

Where is the laundry room?

Lakeside Chateau and The Cedars have main floor coin laundry for your convenience - you don't have to go outside at all! Our other properties offer in-suite laundry for added convenience.

How do I find out if my application has been accepted?

Just call one of our customer service representatives, at (780) 532-7758, or email. They will be happy to provide that information for you.

How do I get the utilities hooked up before moving in?

Call the utility companies and they should be happy to hook up everything for you in advance. Here are the utility companies in Grande Prairie: Utility/Communication Companies :

Can I get extra parking stalls?

Extra parking stalls are available throughout the properties - range in price from $35 - $60 per month. Just stop by the Rental Office for locations and availability.
